Ravelry, oh Ravelry...

Wherefore art thou, Ravelry?

Like Frankin, I check my e-mail every day, waiting for my beta invite. I am #10372. What's your number?

You like me! You really like me!

Thanks to everyone who dropped a line to say you read the blog. I wasn't really fishing for compliments, but boy, they sure do make a bloke feel good!

Progress for Progress' Sake

I am making great headway on the prayer shawl. I imagine I am 3/4 of the way done. I'm already looking towards my next shawl. I'm fairly stuck on lace shawls, as I seem to get a lot of knitting for my yarn dollar! Of course, that could be because I have to rip back so often...

Glad to see you back in the blogging saddle, you were missed.
As to being mistaken for Franklin, even you must admit that they could hardly be close readers of the Panopticon. Unless, of course, you have shrank, shaved your head, and obtained visible abs since the last picture of you was published. All evidence points to you being a nice looking gentleman with a good sense of humor....

I'm number 8839. I'm creeping ever so much closer to, as Franklin said, getting past the velvet ropes and enjoying myself heartily on the dance floor. Only 1,346 lucky ducks in line ahead of me, but 13,180 poor souls behind me!

22112 only 14318 (I say only as to not depress myself) people ahead of me.

9911 with 2375 people ahead of me.

When you get in, friend me -- scienceprincess.

And for the record, I love reading your blog :-)

I'm behind you. If you start telling nasty stories about me before I get in there, I'm totally reading your beads in the ladies' room.

* You are #19738 on the list.
* 11880 people are ahead of you in line.
* 2947 people are behind you in line.

I guess I was slow on the uptake.

I only got in because apparently I know everything about the internets before it gets "big".

I'm hoping we become "big" soon. And you're not too late for the KCO contest! We'll put you in right now! (It was noon, PACIFIC time! :)
